If you are waiting to receive a delivery, firstly we recommend double checking your order confirmation to ensure you have the correct delivery date. If you receive courier delivery, you should have received a tracking link to find your delivery from FLAGSHIP. If you receive home delivery, you should have an email from FLASHBOX providing you a tracking link. While deliveries' do usually arrive between a 9 - 6 window, they can run late depending on traffic.
