No refunds will be processed for subscription orders once they are processed. If you need to cancel an order once your Subscription has been processed or charged, please reach out to Customer Service at [email protected]. 

Customer's receive an email reminder that their payment will be going through before hand. The deadlines will not change and if they do change Customer's will be notified. 

Once reviewed by our team, if approved you will receive a credit to your account to be used on a future order. Any order that has already been prepared and packed cannot be cancelled. 

The deadline for same week orders for Friday is Sunday at 9pm. 

The deadline for same week orders for Sunday is Tuesday at 9pm.

The deadline for same week orders for Monday is Wednesday at 9pm.

The deadline for same week orders for Tuesday is Thursday at 9pm.

The deadline for same week orders for Thursday is Saturday at 9pm.
