How does your Menu work?Updated a year ago

Our menu is a selection of freshly made 100% gluten free, refined sugar free and low carb meal options that you can order either online or pick-up at our retail store in London or Oakville Ontario. We deliver throughout Ontario and Quebec! 

New items are usually released at the start of the week so there is always something new for you to choose from. Our meal pack menus have some items swapped out for new items on a weekly basis as well.

If you have any food allergies or tollerances we offer a la carte ordering and Customizable Meal packs.

If you see something you love let us know, if you are looking for a meal you have had before that you loved let us know. Our weekly changing menu allows for us to have variety and keep some of the favs! We would love to hear from you.
