The email that provides the menu guides is attached to the Order Confirmation email once your order has processed. The title of the email is ''Your ketolibriyum order has been processed''. If you scroll to the bottom of that email you will find the preset guides. You should download it immediately as they are dynamic and change on Mondays each week. See below for a photo of where to find the macro guides in your email.
